Their Story

Jerusalem Middle Eastern Cuisine and more started in October 2021. We started operating the truck due to our love for Middle Eastern food.

I was born and raised in Jerusalem and moved to Spokane 15 years ago, where I graduated from Gonzaga University, with a bachelor’s degree in international relations. Then I met my husband while I was working part-time at the Milk bottle and now, we have two beautiful children who mean the world to us. My husband has twenty plus years of experience in the food and restaurant industry as his family owns Mary Lou’s Milk Bottle for over 30 years.

From the moment I introduced my husband to the Middle Eastern Cuisine, specifically Israeli/ Palestinian Cuisine, he fell in love! We then decided why not open a Middle Eastern food truck and bring awareness to our community?! Traditional Middle Eastern food is more than Greek Gyros. Our goal is to make our customers feel as if they were in Jerusalem.    

Jerusalem Middle eastern cuisine is authentic, ALL homemade, and freshly made ingredients. We believe in excellent food quality, excellent customer service, and of course, delicious food! We want to serve our food to you made from scratch and made from love. 

We also Cater!!! Feel free to reach out to us if you are interested in us catering your special wedding day, birthday party, or cocktail parties. Our food is very special and delicious you will not find it anywhere else!
